Crosswinds and trade winds too . There. Now we have four strong winds. May the wind be at yer back in any case today.

As I reported during Wake 'n' Bake, the wind blew over a basketball hoop into the rear window of my car overnight. Insurance will fix it, so that is good.

@tim; I meant to play it a couple of weeks ago, but I'm glad I waited since we got the vinyl in. I was going to play an mp3.

Thanks for waiting, Joe! Jon Camp is completely new to me. Great set of guitar finessing!

@NGH we'd have to look into the numbers, but as commenters to listeners per capita, perhaps. There's as far as I know 4 active listeners including myself, and two of us consistently comment. There's roughly 3 million of us. So, there's one and a third people per million that listen here. BUT - we have a 50% participation on the comments rate. I'm wonder how we stack up against Other developing nations with regards to FMU))

@Ken from HP sorry to hear . You got it much worse than me - just a plastic lawn chair knocked over here and a plastic bag/grill cover blown into neighbor’s yard . #WeWillRebuild #MarylandStrong

My ancient, broken and apparently neglected sitar finally committed suicide and jumped off its high perch on a shelf where it had been relegated to life as a simple decoration. Its gourds shattered into a hundred pieces so I had to throw it away.

Hughie Considine:

@steveo Eventually the cleaned-up version, with "funky kicks," replaced it, but for awhile, yeah. If you listen to the end of "Hot Stuff" by the Stones, Mick sorta says, "All those people down in Jamaica/they all fuckin' in the sun" ... I think that still passes.

What is everyone's favorite version of Scarborough Fair? Obv Simon and Garfunkle is lit, this version is new to me but it is also lit. I'm partial to Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66's version. Which plays in one of Ralph Bakshi's few good movies.
