	4:58pm Katya Oddio: Went to look at a car a guy was selling at his father's house. The son was there to translate, I guess, because they started chatting about what NOT to tell us about the vehicle. In Russian. I interupted to ask in Russian where they were from and explained our ancestral homes and why we prefered the desert. They laughed and tested my language skills. Turned out to be a fun visit, but a crap car. No sale. We don't hear much Eastern European out here in the Southwest.
