Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 1/12/19 12:02am chresti:

HellO!
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:04am rich:

good morning jocelyn and chresti, et al.

Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 12:05am coelacanth∅:

olá rich and Jocelyn and chresti and future others
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:08am Mike tp:

spirited openers
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:09am rich:

aaah coel when i was a future other, let me tell ya that was the best future, never happened of course like all the best futures but for a moment, just a moment, i could almost grasp it . . . oh well
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 12:11am coelacanth∅:

you might have a future as an other yet rich.
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:14am rich:

an other yeti rich might be the way to go
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:20am katharsis:

Here
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:22am katharsis:

The other future, always there too
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:25am rich:

that's the problem it's always there and we're always here
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 1/12/19 12:27am Ken From Hyde Park:

I wonder if there's a tax advantage to live in the future. Probably not.
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 12:29am Billy Jam:

am loving every song so far - thank YOU Rich
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 12:32am coelacanth∅:

Ken maybe it depends how far in the future. if you go far enough you'll be a sea-dwelling, streamlined creature, like all humans, and will have no use for money or taxes.
if you go much farther than that you'll be bodyless and could easily evade your taxes.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Sat. 1/12/19 12:44am Ken From Hyde Park:

That doesn't sound so bad, coel. Need to be far enough in the future to get past the reign of the lizard people.
Swag For Life Member Sat. 1/12/19 12:52am yippie:

yes ken I agree 100%
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:57am katharsis:

Are the lizard people after the streamlined aquatics but before the formless or...?
  Sat. 1/12/19 12:57am rich:

but not so far where you miss getting to see walt disney and ted williams roaming about in some robot body, their disembodied brain floating in a jar driving them forward
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 12:59am coelacanth∅:

whoa, good point rich. i don't want to miss that
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:01am coelacanth∅:

the lizard people are now. they're expertly disguised.
we wont evolve to be aquatic again for a few million years.
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:02am coelacanth∅:

hey katharsis, that band misspelled your name!
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:03am katharsis:

Awww Catharsis!
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:04am Jocelyn:

I'd be afraid Alcor would keep all my money and I'd wake up in 2150 owing over a century of taxes
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:05am coelacanth∅:

hahaha!
-you better wait 'till you need no body then, to be safe.
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:08am katharsis:

We come in all shapes, sizes
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:10am Carmichael:

Heya Rich and Mdou!
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:15am coelacanth∅:

for my first shape and size i'd like to be a mellotron the size of jupiter.
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:16am coelacanth∅:

(figure i'll start small)

hey Carmichael
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:17am Carmichael:

Heya coel.
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:32am coelacanth∅:

before i retire, which is imminent, i must disclose that the general idea of reverting back to being sea dwellers i got from Kurt Vonnegut; and is dependent on a specific course of events, as outlined in "galopagos", which i highly recommend.
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:35am Jocelyn:

Coel, I agree! I recommend it often to everyone
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:39am coelacanth∅:

right? one of the few books i decided to read twice.
...hey Jocelyn i hope the world's treating you better than it seemed to be a week or 2 ago. (by the way)
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:41am coelacanth∅:

Thank you rich. all Killer no filler!

'night all.
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:45am Christine:

So much great stuff by bands I’ve never even heard of...thank you!!
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:46am tak:

no fish left by the time we can become sea dwellers
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:49am rich:

but that plastic thing in the pacific should be as large as pangea by then
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:51am tak:

plastic people of the SEA
  Sat. 1/12/19 1:56am Jocelyn:

Thanks Coel, it's still rough, no resolutions to anything yet. But I keep going :)
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:57am coelacanth∅:

tak there is a way, and it's the same event that enables both the fish to survive and humans to evolve to the sea. it's a simple explanation but i don't want to wreck the brilliant unfolding of events in case you or someone else here wants to read galapagos.

-turning of computer now. take care everyone
Avatar Sat. 1/12/19 1:58am coelacanth∅:

oh - Jocelyn. i'm sorry to hear that. but you're hanging in there so glad to hear that part.

  Sat. 1/12/19 2:12am Jocelyn:

No sacrifices! We'll all rescue you
  Sat. 1/12/19 2:18am katharsis:

If you wants rescuing.
  Sat. 1/12/19 2:22am Jocelyn:
