not yet brian, i have to get a seat that is easy to get on, a narrower one. doing that today. the beauty of this bike is that there is no leg-swinging involved, but the saddle i have now is way too wide.. my legs are a mess, have to approach this slowly, get my legs used to this action again. ..sigh..

i am keeping a journak of the process, i post it on the alinker pages of fb and have created a page for the "blog", too.. ... yes, it's very similiar to feldenkrais.. as if i was learning to walk again. i'm patient..
Avatar 6:24am
annie:

is that a local park?
  6:37am
wild neil:

@annie...Terry makes some good anatomical bike seats but not sure if narrow....a good bike shop will have them....your walking bike supplier might comp you one if you ask.......if your new vije is unused so far that is or akmost unused cabt gurt to ask...

i called a shop here in asheville, a recycled-bike place, they have a narrow one. i'm going over this morning.. there are mad bikers here in asheville, so it's easy to find bike parts. the snobbery i can do without.
  6:42am
wild neil:

try to get anatomical if you can they ARE better....
Avatar 6:43am
annie:

what is that, exactly.?
  6:46am
wild neil:

they have a cutout or large indentation in the center. easier on the private parts less stress better riding. i have a couple of them.....
Avatar 6:47am
annie:

oh, yes, i've seen them; that's the type i want.. easy on, easy off..
  6:48am
wild neil:

less private patrs madhing they are sometimes specifically for womwn or men others universal.

my last bike had a wide seat, and i had it covered with a sheepfur. ... funny you say that jeffrey, i loved fixing my bikes. the simple machinery aspect, so cut-and-dried.

@annie Check out the Infinity saddle. I'm looking to buy one myself. Kajsa Tylèn, who holds the women's record for distance cycled in a year, said it was the most comfortable saddle she's ever used.

the thing I love about your shows is the deep peace they bring as I watch the Roman Empire 2.0 near ready to crash and burn.

JeffersonAirplane's Rawked up version of HighFlyingBird in Monterey (loved all my life) is pretty close to this, really...
David Ackles reminds me of Stan Rogers somehow... historically other way around maybe?...
