Good morning, Micah. Hello, fred, hope you are on the mend.

fred:

@Sem: Not there yet, but getting better every day. No small feat at my age, I should count my blessings (that's easy and quick enough to do anyway)
Avatar 6:20am
annie:

strapped in and ready to go! good morning fellow brainiacs

Sem Chumbo:

Sensible reasoning @fred, happy to hear a positive outlook :-)

So, what's going to happen to this show next year? Sorry if I asked this before, memory isn't included in my improvement list
Avatar 6:28am
Sem Chumbo:

Hello, annie.

fred:

@Sem: Also, I saw a show by Akram Khan that I really liked. That hadn't happened in 5+ years, so that's a good way to close the year (not missing it was a factor in my leaving the hospital early, it's good though rare to have my optimism rewarded)

hi sem. hi fred. fred, i think he's staying on but in the stream. i jave yhe saem trouble remembering since it's not happened, yet; it's like getting used to other shows' times when the schedule changes. i STILL forget trouble's show on thursdays....cases of CRS are common.

we won't even need to talk about weather no more if the Arctic Report released this week is any guide... www.livescience.com...

The mind-control segment should take us all to warmer places. Unless Micah has a change-up in store with Scandinavian winter cults

There is a reason this is one of my favorite shows on FMU and that segue just summed it up...!
Avatar 6:58am
Pete DJ TM5:

The guitar work on this BD track has a Joni Mitchell element.

@ausmanx: In the meantime, what's the weather like in your area? I heard about some serious heat in some parts of Australia, I hope it's bearable

Ken From Hyde Park:

Uh oh....commence the mind freak!
Avatar 7:03am
Sem Chumbo:

@ausmanx: thanks for the read, know people who live in Nunavut Territory and they confirm the chaos occurring as things warm up to an unprecedented degree and with bewildering rapidity. Even here on the Bay of Fundy, where tides range up to 50 feet+, waterfront property is eroding with higher-than-ever tides. I see this every day, living where I do, directly on the shores of an estuary which is part of the Bay of Fundy system.

ausmanx:

ah yes, i remember you are in exotic climes, sem! it just strikes me that every year the scientists announce that the previous 12 months has been worse than they imagined. and every year we do nothing about it. it's been hot here in sydney this week fred,(hottest night on record on tuesday) but down to a frigid 20 degrees today! but i was up in Marble Bar last month (hottest place on the planet!) so it's all relative!

the swamp he's cleaning out is mostly in his mind, aus. in 6 months, the dust will have settled, then we will see. i hated what bush did.. and there's literally no knowing which of these yahoos congress will actually approve.
