And I think you'd remember if you'd ever eaten a dish consisting of oats and a sheep's heart, lungs, etc. cooked in said sheep's stomach. (Unlike Kathleen's portion, mine's vegetarian, which promises all the difficult taste with none of the organ meat.)

	♥ 8:48pm coelacanth: the mind is a powerful thing. i've never eaten duck either, and likely never will; but my favorite dish at (the now unfortunately not there) waterlilies vegetarian restaurant in morristown, nj, was "crispy duck with orange sauce". (made with seitan) i never thought of it as duck or even a duck-like thing.
