Meghan I'm really excited! Though in a twist of irony, I saw an RN about my sleep issues last week and she put me on a gluten- and dairy-free diet for the next 6 months. So no beer for me! Distilled spirits are fine though.

@Cliff: For me, it basically comes down to remembering only to eat meals ever 4 hours, limiting snacking and not downing tons of crap as a substitute for a meal. I do that and I’m fine.
