I've said it before -- I wish Robyn Hitchcock would do one of his brilliant artist tributes for the brothers Gibb.

There's some Sandy Bull in there, too.
  3:39am
tullius:

Gotta look up Sandy Bull.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:42am
pacific standard simon:

Sandy was the greatest. Like the Velvet Underground of finger-picked stringed instruments, plus he often had jazz drummer Billy Higgins on percussion.

Not sure what graphic designer did the St. Pat's themed GT logo, but I want to hire 'em. Great work

I like this track -- it sounds like the opening to The Doors' "The End", without all the poetry.

Are you telling me Jersey City can't do a sausage pizza in the middle of the night? Frank Sinatra would turn over in his grave. And be cooked evenly on all sides, however.

My work solution is frequently microwaved frozen potstickers, or hot dogs. Mostly, though, it's soup.

...for FLU: oscillococcinum ASAP. it should be taken at first symptom. (from "health food store")
for immune system: bee propolis; astragalus root; elderberry (anti-virus); licorice root

  5:10am

Eucalyptus oil. Put in sprayer. Dilute. Spritz in sauna. Feel better.
  5:11am
greysquad:

@coelacanth.... Yes! Yes! Zinc is the magic vitamin! can't recommend it enough!
Avatar 5:12am
Alejandroool:

cc you should put your list on a fridge magnet. I'd get one. I'll add to those: Humidifer that can diffuse eucalyptus oil. Vics Vaporub. Oil of Oregano drops
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:13am
coelacanth:

yeah, i go through a lot of zinc. the more stress you're under the more the body uses.
  5:13am
tullius:

Wash down with several beers from the inside, followed by 3 cheeseburgers..
Avatar 5:14am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Vics is eucalyptus anyhow. Just go for the pure oil.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:14am
coelacanth:

eucalyptus is great, but it shouldn't be used if you're going the homeopathic route. (ie, oscillococcinum)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:15am
coelacanth:

and that shit is also a miracle!
  5:15am
tullius:

And a large sausage pizza..
  5:15am

i take my zinc with about 500 mg of magnesium orotate and some selenium to balance it all out...
Avatar 5:17am

On a job, I couldn't stop coughing. So - a great little old Thai lady doesn't even speak English gave me a little bottle of Thai Yellow Oil. One inhalation & I stopped coughing immediately! DJs should all have this. I looked it up & it has camphor & ginger...volatile stuff...
  5:17am
tullius:

The doctor is in.. &:^]
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:18am
coelacanth:

i take magnesium aspartate, or "asporotate". EVERYONE is deficient in magnesium unless they make a point of not being so.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:20am

ginger is amazing too. so's turmeric. (in the ginger family)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:20am

- so's this track!
  5:20am
greysquad:

@coelacanth... yes, it's all about the magnesium... total life changer!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:24am
coelacanth:

there are a few things that surely saved my life, and that's not to be dramatic and not an exaggeration. magnesium is one. golden seal root, astragalus, tryptophan also.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:27am
coelacanth:

...and then of course: enough sleep; light aerobic exercise; air & sun; water.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:28am

...the other thing is echinacea -pref. root AND herb.
  5:32am
greysquad:

I also try to dose at least one hour of "garbage time" each week.. though that shit is reaaal hardcore, yo....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:33am
coelacanth:

oysters would be the best source of zinc if it weren't for the pollution in the waters. as it is they're fairly toxic. it's a shame.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:34am
Matt ww:

I always said oysters are the boogers of the sea
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:34am

(especially for us seafood lovers)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:35am
