Re Bowie and Philip Glass: Glass didn't "do 2 CDs of orchestrations" based on Low & Heroes -- he wrote 2 Symphonies, I believe with Bowie & Eno's input to some extent. They have been recorded more then once by different orchestras, so more than 2 cd's. Arkivmusic lists most, if not all of these. Re requests - If you have the recording, could you play Baal? Would love to hear, as well as more of the Glass symphonies. Thanks for this wonderful broadcast! | |
