Good evening, Mark R... Ah, you're not alone. Hopefully you'll have more listeners than Rick Perry had supporters. I've enjoyed this and your other fill-ins.

I like how the malfunctioning WFMU app makes me sound like a grunting caveman obsessed with Robert Zimmerman. I was saying that Dylan and Neil Young sets on WFMU are really great, and always make me search the web for obituaries.
  Sat. 9/12/15 3:50am Mark R.:

No worries, Bob and Neil are both still with us!
  Sat. 9/12/15 3:51am Mark R.:

Joel, thanks for your kind words.

  Sat. 9/12/15 4:33am Mark R.:

See, Beavo, bands like that are just trying to trip up the DJ. They're trying to make monkeys out of us. Well I won't have it! You hear me?
Avatar Sat. 9/12/15 4:34am joeray:

@Mark R.: That also happened to WGBH-FM great jazz and classical to almost all news. Money over music for a so-called non-commercial radio station.

Avatar Sat. 9/12/15 4:47am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

To be fair to Public Broadcasting - the Right Wing makes every effort to defund & destroy them utterly - & it shows in their changes. Sorry for the politics but - thar it be...
  Sat. 9/12/15 4:54am Mark R.:

What was frustrating about WDET was there was another NPR station in the market doing all news and info already Now there are two. I don't get it.
Avatar Sat. 9/12/15 5:01am BEAVO:

It was on the first album with MATO
Avatar Sat. 9/12/15 5:01am BEAVO:

Roots Magic are a revelation. Maybe the best album of the year!
Avatar Sat. 9/12/15 5:54am pacific standard simon:

This Otis set is pure gold. What a shame he didn't live out the year. The world needs an older Otis.

Yeah, PBS shows Monterey Pop during fundraisers only.
