I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

Hi Bryce

Punctuality doesn't have the frisson it once did. Hate to say it, but *fashionably late* has always been the new black.
Hiya, Bryce, and brycelings.

I await the drone.
  Fri. 2/20/15 12:49pm nic:

love everything !!!!!!!!
  Fri. 2/20/15 12:58pm Thorvald:

The relentless pounding of those distant tribal drums in Obsidiana ... i like them. Unlike in recent movie trailers where pounding drums are amplified x10 to the point of ridiculousness. That and the deep swooping synth accents. I realize I make little or no sense.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:00pm Bryce:

makes total sense! best part about the synth is that it's actually all hammond organ!
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:04pm Chris from DC:

Yeah, that organ drone is gorgeous.
  Fri. 2/20/15 1:06pm Thorvald:

I love the organ in Obsidiana (I think this is what you refer to) -- I was talking about the deep synth "dives" in movie trailers which, while kind of cool, are over-used to exploit the somic capabilities of theatre sound systems in the bass frequencies. I realize I make little or no sense.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:06pm CDToaster:

This Obsidiana track is the perfect fuel for a household argument. If anyone's arguing with their spouse right now, you know what I mean! Thanks Bryce!

Music for assembling a stereo cabinet
  Fri. 2/20/15 1:24pm Thorvald:

Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:34pm bennett4senate:

pretty much every week I feel like Bryce just lowers a microphone into some sort of massive, hidden underground cavern where all the world's decaying frequencies are playing out, and just lets that ride for a few hours while he makes up a bunch of nonsense on the playlist
Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 1:36pm Tome:

Happy balmy Friday Bryce and everyone,, ( glad I got my good headphones back , again ..)
  Fri. 2/20/15 1:36pm Thorvald:

Loving this C/T/Void material.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:39pm Chris from DC:

Wow, yeah, new to me.
  Fri. 2/20/15 1:42pm Arnold:

Is this how Pink Floyd should have sounded by now ... or did they already sound this way in a Alan Parson's commercialized kind of way on Dark Side?
Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 1:45pm Carmichael:

@Thorvald: both artists were talking about the same thing, the lost continent of Mu. Ranta/Lewis/Plank was recorded in 1970, and its all original material. www.metaphon.be...
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 1:59pm CDToaster:

That Craig Leon track was the perfect fuel for make-up love after a spousal argument. If anyone's making-up right now, you know what I mean! Thanks again, Bryce, for always providing the perfect music to accompany whatever you're doing

  Fri. 2/20/15 2:19pm 86-N:

I, like many people. need to categorize music so that it fits neatly into a box of some sort. Nothing may exist in and of itself. It must be derivative of something which has come before it. This being said, what type of music is Martin Teterault creating here? Ambient-core, of some type? what is it? Unti I know, I cannot enjoy it. It will only confound me. I need order, structure, reason.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:22pm northguineahills:

ahh, I just know of the vinyl score that Raz Mesinai did w/ dj Olive and Toshio Kajiwara...... (I have a copy).
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:22pm Bryce:

it's sort of a camphory-smelling mauve asymmetrical ellipsoid, but with no clear surface boundry on the left.
  Fri. 2/20/15 2:25pm Stepchild:

Yeah, no wonder this shelf aint level
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:27pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

...jeezus, I'm all exclamation marks & no discernible content today.

@ 86-N...you won't find much of that here

Shame about Karkowski... too young....
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:31pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

What NGH said.
got to see him once here in DC, grimacing over his laptop while the subwoofer went bouncing around the room like an epileptic puppet...
Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 2:32pm Ike:

Got my marathon mailing. What, no premium again this year, Bryce? YOU MUST ATONE. Please report to hair-shaving station #91101A. It's next to the secret underwater base where the dolphins get their herring martinis.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:33pm Bryce:

I thought someone was vacuuming upstairs. Then I realized that's the record.
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:34pm Bryce:

i'm actually table-sawing the record player
  Fri. 2/20/15 2:34pm 86-N (augmented):

So it smells of Ben-Gay, is kidney-coloured and shapeless, and dissolves into infinity on my weak side ... yes, now i see.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 2:35pm DCE:

put THAT in your box and smoke it!
Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 2:36pm stefica:

Instead of streaming the program as usual, I've been listening on an actual radio. Or so I thought: I apparently lost the signal some time ago and have been absent-mindedly enjoying static and fuzz. Thanks for the fuzz, Bryce!
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:36pm Bryce:

wait! it actually says "IMPROVISATIONS WITH TURNTABLES" in the booklet.

Avatar Swag For Life Member Fri. 2/20/15 2:37pm stefica:

or did I lose the signal?
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:37pm JakeGould:

Signal is nice and solid here in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

can you put your toe on a pipe?
Avatar Fri. 2/20/15 2:44pm Rev. Turnip Druid:

I heard the Zbigniew toilet story as well, and after the gig here, I believe it. The PA units were roasted after his set.
