Drinking a glass of Chateau Lafayette Renau Cuveee Rouge - just fished around for a corkscrew and opened the bottle -- I rarely drink alone at home -- to toast a mentor/icon/scenester and vinophile who died this week, about to heat leftover steak and potato soup and asparagus.

The idea that Red Meat is still working the same comic angle in 2014 with the internets is really bizarre to me.

I always enjoy it when Pseu talks about ShopRite. There's a nice new one in Belleville. Also, occasionally ShopRite has Cabot cheese on sale for ~$2 for 8 oz.

OK, Boston. I can take it. It's all about the context. (still reverberating in my brain: the guy with mullet and porn 'stash playing the first LP and yelling over it: 'Isn't this this best produced band you've ever heard?'
  Fri. 3/28/14 10:51pm phat:

And thank you for the Boston. A friend of mine (who I think you know, Pseu) is writing a book about one of their albums.
