Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 2:24pm Matt F:

Listening in Isle au Haut Maine where we have been worked like slaves this whole "Vacation", hauling lobstah traps, digging steamahs, hahvesting gahlic, etc. Great job as per usual buddy.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 2:24pm Gary:

Good afternoon Ted & All!
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 2:26pm Uncle Michael:

Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 2:55pm Carmichael:

Oh, the Terri Hooley thingie. I have yet to see that. Tagged on Netflix.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 2:59pm SeanG:

FUGS!!
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:00pm still b/p:

Virginia Plain is such a good song.
So is Roadrunner...which prompts me every time to mention I spent a lotta driving time on Route 128.
Flying Down To Rio is a ridiculous but fun movie that prompts me to pay attention to the pre-code costumes of the girls performing on the wings of the planes.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:02pm Stanley:

Good Vibrations has a wonderful scene when our long-haired hero is converted at a gig. He sees the light of punk and doesn't know whether to laugh or cry. I knew exactly how he felt.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:04pm Stanley:

Booger?
Thu. 7/25/13 3:07pm Ralph and Susan (UK):

true what you said about Hubert Sumlin
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:08pm Stanley:

...and you know he never did after that.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:11pm Ted Barron:

Hi Everyone. Thanks for tuning in and sorry I can't keep up with the comments.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:12pm Sean B.:

Nice...2 from Newport!
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:14pm Sean B.:

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:15pm Stanley:

I could just go for some Howlin' Wolf/Hubert Sumlin action right now.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:16pm Carmichael:

A set from Wolf's bandmates would be cool: Willie Dixon, Sumlin, Otis Spann ...
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:16pm SeanG:

this sounds awesome
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:18pm Sean B.:

This version of Rolling Stone from Newport 65nis better than the version on the Album.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 3:35pm SeanG:

Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:57pm Uncle Michael:

I still remember some of the filthy lyrics to this that my dad taught me...from his fraternity days.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 3:58pm pacific standard simon:

Pardon me while I put my finger away and slip into something more celebratory...
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:03pm pacific standard simon:

My dad is probably about the same age as yours, UM, but all he ever taught me about from his fraternity days was THE PADDLE.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:06pm Uncle Michael:

"a moldy rubber in a glass of beer...a c**t that twitches like a moose's ear..."

Very foolish.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:10pm pacific standard simon:

Ever hear the Holy Modal Rounders do "Snappin' Pussy" to the tune of "Peanut Butter" by The Marathons?
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:13pm pacific standard simon:

Your dad has always sounded... interesting....

Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:29pm pacific standard simon:

There's a great Mallard (AKA The Magic Band) version of "Desperados..."
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:51pm pacific standard simon:

Either I ran all the other listeners off, or they're trying to finish up their cubicle work so they can go home at 5 (Eastern Daylight Time).
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 4:53pm northguineahills:

Well, this was fun the last 15 minutes, I was stuck in meetings all day after lunch, and I was holding in flatus the whole time.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:56pm pacific standard simon:

If you hadn't held it in, you might not have been stuck!
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:56pm duke:

I've been pretending to work so I couldn't comment. Great show!
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:56pm duke:

Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 4:58pm pacific standard simon:

I'd be a lot happier if there was more Ted Barron on FMU. Jes' sayin'.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 5:01pm Uncle Michael:

Great show Ted. I hate you.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 5:01pm Parq:

Hi, Ted. Great hearing from you. Was just listening to that Audrey Hepburn recording the other day. Was your site where I got it in the first place? Like warmth experience through the auditory nerves.
Avatar    Thu. 7/25/13 5:05pm Uncle Michael:

I don't really hate you.
Avatar Thu. 7/25/13 5:07pm Ted Barron:
