Good morning everyone.

I would take the Warning Tissue concept a step further, and include a Fortune Tissue somewhere in each box, with lotto numbers. And in just one box, a magic Golden Tissue that gets you a tour of the Kleenex Factory.

i believe the correct term is "stalking" Spaniel.

...Is this new w/ big icon images only showing the middle part? Or is this too just a hallucination I share only w/ my outdated Browser?
  1:09am
rich:

it's nice to share hallucinations with the inanimate, it gives them something to look forward to.
Avatar 1:10am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

- a heartwarming thot - but doesn't answer my question : ) ...
Avatar 1:12am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

I guess the people who shelled out $90 to see Nick Cave aren't complaining...
Avatar 1:13am
fleep:

RRN Your avatar is cropped, yes, into a square. As is mine. This is new. Your are not hallucinating this. You are, however, hallucinating everything else.
Avatar 1:15am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Thx fleep. You are always reliable for a heaping helping of perspective.
Avatar 1:23am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...@ least I'm not self-conscious about my 'tar being bigger than others now...Cropping prob. the inevitable & half-expected...
...let's try monochrome icon to fit my mood...
- Robert Smithson Link reminds me of a PBS (?) History of Art series that first intro'd me to @ least a few Concepts & details - term 'Post-Modern' starting w/ Architecture in early 70's & such. Don't suppose y'all could help me put a finger on it...
Avatar 1:31am
Pete from Boston (and NJ):

Thanks for the Smithson reminder, rich.
Avatar 1:34am
Pete from Boston (and NJ):

The MIT Press here had a book about Smithson called "Learning from New Jersey and Elsewhere." The first time I heard this title I was a little sad it was no longer available for my own biography.
Avatar 1:35am
Pete from Boston (and NJ):

This "Jackson Pollock" is pretty beautiful track you've found here.
Avatar 1:36am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...having had home internet not too long now, & FMU subsequently becoming the hub of my consciousness - it could work for me too now...
Avatar 1:38am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Yes Mr. Hazelton : This is suiting my mood pretty well...appreciated...
Avatar 1:38am
Pete from Boston (and NJ):

I did a lot of learning in New Jersey, most of it without realizing I was doing it, and everything else is framed by it.
Avatar 1:44am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...all I know is smalltown North New England & Santa Barbara, CA - two extreme diagonal opposite corners of the map - prob. neither particularly representative of Reality (reinforcing fleep's opinion of my perceptions)...
Avatar 1:44am
fleep:

I like that Spiral Jetty got submerged and reappeared, it turns it into an instant ancient monument, Smithson was big on entropy.
Avatar 1:48am
Pete from Boston (and NJ):

I'm starting to get and like the favorite songs feature. I just note various interesting tracks and passively assemble my own playlist that is very interesting for me to reflect back on later.
Avatar 1:49am
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...@ the end of this video series I refer to, it posited Environmental Art as an example of Where Art Might Be Going Now, & Spiral Jetty as an example of that
...After living in Santa Barbara, one of the 1st things that struck me on returning to North New England was the combination of the Picturesque & the Impoverished & the Weatherbeaten. This woudn't be allowed in S.B. California is like a great series of Theme Parks.

A friend gave me a Mac, so looking forward to the Favoriting experience (can't on this old Browser).

Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...suddenly realize the hour...once again for some reason I choose to listen to FMU in my sleep - like letting this station do to my subconscious what the elements do to a Smithson installation - or is that outstallation...
  2:11am
Marmalade Kitty:

this could go on for a long time...
  2:55am
rich:

Thank you for listening. Have a pleasant week.
