Saturday, March 2: Squirrel Carcass Day. Jersey City Joe, the intrepid little squirrel carcass, emerges from his tomb and if the streetlights cast a single shadow, it's going to be a long night. If there's a double shadow, then it's two more days until the start of the WFMU fund-raising marathon.

Not a show, but a parade to report. There's a St. Patrick's Day parade in Wappingers Falls, NY, Saturday, March 2, starting at 1:00 PM. They have kind of a street festival there until about 5:00 PM. Beer is available for purchase. Probably some Irish music, too, I assume.
