Wow, Little Joe Cook. Until 5 years ago he played 2-3 nights a week at the Cantab in Cambridge, Mass.'s Central Square. And somehow I never went to see him because, you know, he'd always be there. Still alive at 90, though: www.bostonglobe.com...
