Tony Greig's death was big in the news in Australia. He's most famous for being a cricket commentator, playing cricket... but when I think of him, I think of two things:
a) one time he was working as a commentator and thought the microphone was turned off. The camera focused on an white Australian man marrying a Asian woman and he said "I wonder if she had been flown in", implying she was a mail order bride. They sued him. :-)

b) Before every game, he'd stick his stupid keys into the pitch to show how hard it was.
