Hope everyone is warm and basking in electricity today. It's been a long week for some here. Thankfully, the storm didn't affect my home, but WFMU is kind of up shit creek now.

Ugh, sorry to hear about your family, HEAT. As far as we know, all WFMU DJs are safe, but some did suffer personal damage, and some still haven't returned home.

Yes, Legendary Wings! From my old hometown of Kalamazoo, MI! My good buddy who's friends with the band said this whole album was written by the bass player and is a big love letter to his wife. Also, the Billy Crystal/Meg Ryan photo on the back cover of the LP is sincere. Dude really loves Billy Crystal movies.
