HI MAC!
The record "The Wreck Of The Royal Palm", is IN FACT, by Vernon Dalhart. "Frank Evans" was just one of MORE THAN 110 different pseudonyms Vernon used ("Al Craver", and, Mack Allen" the MOST used). I'd know Vernon's voice ANYWHERE. Hope this post helps out, and THANX, for playing his records!
