I haven't seen this tattoo on an actual person but a local tattoo shop advertised their business with a photo of a tattoo they did on someone's leg of Phil Collins' Face Value album. I do not understand at all.

kids are funny in what they like...I was playing a Murderous Vision/Fasicst Insect record yesterday (noise/grindcore) and my 3 year old daughter was dancing to it. When it ended she asked "why did it end?"
