Hey Richard, hello! I just discovered prepackaged arepas in my local grocery store -- do you have any idea what the best way is to heat them up? I'm going to buy some masarepa and make my own later, but for now I'm not really sure if there's a quicker way that just sticking them in a hot frying pan one at a time? |

Dan, we are here! Still listening; just prepping food for the BBQ! Also OED says commenters/commentors, I guess both work? commentator seems a bit more formal, like a critic i guess? Beats me... Also, what about Hail to the Thief?

@Richard, in addition to the wonderful arepa, I have a strong conviction that Venezuelans make the best empanada out of any of the latin amer. countries.

Who wants to brings some arepas or empanadas to the station for me? :-) @hilo, Parts & Labor got that bagpipe-like sound from Dan Friel running a cheaparino old yamaha keyboard through effects. Amazing stuff. |

@hilo, Fela intentionally spoke in English pidgin because it was the most broadly understood language across Nigeria and the rest of Africa, and he wanted to unite all of Africa into one nation |

Fantastic to hear the lush sounds of Pharoah Sanders followed by Psychic TV the very minute I tuned in to your show- from your playlist I can see that this is a quality show! I'll definitely listen again, even though it's 5 in the morning here- thanks for making my chronic insomniac a little more fun! :D Liv from norway
