I, too, have no physical fitness regimen. Except whatever walking I do, which is more than the average Dallas resident. I live in a walkable neighborhood [one of the few proper neighborhoods in this city].

Some of these "all at once" pieces result in some interesting audio. Someone did one with Napalm Death's "Scum" album that came out really well.

The process sometimes reminds me of John Oswald's "plunderphonic" material.
