Nice opening.

There is nothing wrong with your television set.:

Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image, make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your television set. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to — The Outer Limits.
  3:23pm
BSI:

Yes. This right here. Just........ just Yes.
  3:27pm
Alice in Fabioland:

Curiouser and curiouser!
  3:29pm
Cheri Pi:

this just became my jam!
  3:32pm
john:

Fabio. You are the man...
  3:32pm
?:

this sounds like an outtake from a Cheech and Chong movie
  3:32pm
paula pc:

I'm with Cheri Pi
  3:33pm
Looms:

What a set! :)
  3:34pm
The Mysterians:

We're with ?.
  3:34pm
Cheri Pi:

haha!
  3:35pm
paula pc:

That Anser CD will come with an 80-pp paperback! http://www.eagerproduct.com/?page_id=32
  3:35pm
Parq:

What Cheri, Paula and Looms said.
  3:36pm
Cheri Pi:

I did hear a lot of ACDC in that lick.
  3:37pm
Cecile:

Is this a real band?
  3:38pm
Cecile:

i suspect they are cousins to the Condo F*cks.
  3:38pm
joe:

There is a band from Australia that plays AC/DC rock called the Answer. Actually saw them with AC/DC a couple of years back.
  3:38pm
Chris from DC:

Hard to believe it is, but brilliant nonetheless.
  3:38pm
?:

the gratuitous references to the Scandanavian countries makes me call bs . . . that and the word "searing"
  3:39pm
Cheri Pi:

Damnit Fab-the Anser was made for us!
  3:40pm
Cecile:

the Anser, according to Google, also appears to be a Utah power pop band.
  3:41pm
Cheri Pi:

We should all friend the Anser power pop band on Facebook and bombard them with requests to explain themselves.
  3:41pm
BSI:

I can believe in The Anser, but Ed Asner leaves me confounded beyond belief. I just don't understand....
  3:41pm
glenn!:

joe, there's an awesome ac/dc tribute band from victoria, bc.. they call themselves bc/dc.
  3:42pm
Cheri Pi:

Are they the Scandinavian Ween?
  3:43pm
Cecile:

this sounds like a Coloured Balls soundcheck on helium.
Or Dr. Rockso, the Rock 'n' Roll Clown from Metalpocalpyse. "I do Cocaine!"
  3:43pm
Icky:

I found lots of Anser info at this site: ansermusic.com
they are amazing!!!
  3:44pm
Cecile:

Meaning, it's like the greatest thing ever recorded.
  3:45pm
Cheri Pi:

I concur w/ Cecile! Great discovery Fabio.
  3:46pm
Carmichael:

Crap, I have to go to a meeting. See alla yous guys later.
  3:46pm
Some Moose:

me wonder if this is someone i've met before. also this is great. the crowd sing-along is, oddly, essential.
  3:46pm
Cecile:

more anser!
  3:46pm
glenn!:

suicide umm hummh.
  3:46pm
joe:

Looks like some of their stuff was "put out" by eager product http://www.eagerproduct.com
  3:47pm
Cheri Pi:

I demand Anser.
  3:49pm
Cecile:

Looking at Eager Products, the Anser might be a conceptual art experiment. And we might be the lab rats.
  3:49pm
David:

The Anser crowd noise seemed to have greater fidelity than what would be on a found bootleg cassette.
  3:51pm
Cecile:

it sounded like it was dubbed on there.
  3:53pm
Cheri Pi:

Like John's Children's Orgasm album.
  3:56pm
Icky:

More Anser pleeeease!!!
  3:58pm
SiHV:

Just tuned in. I like this.
  4:02pm
Braveness23:

Oh Cheri Pi, there you are!
  4:04pm
Cheri Pi:

Bravenesss 23!
  4:04pm
paula pc:

would like to have been at this recording
  4:06pm
Braveness23:

Damn, I need to get this guy some of my music!
  4:06pm
Cheri Pi:

2 stalwarts, jamming together.
  4:06pm
Looms:

@Fabio: have you heard about filmmaker Pierre Schœndœrffer's death? He was 83 but sad news.
  4:07pm
nic:

this is great 2_awesome show
  4:09pm
joe:

The banter at the begining of the song reminds me of some stuff that is on a Pual Stanly mix of all his inbetween song banter. Just spoken again by one of the memebers of the Anser
  4:09pm
Cheri Pi:

B23, one way to share your music w/ the world is to plant it in a burned out car, preferably in Scandinavia...but the back streets of Cincinnati would probably do in a pinch.
  4:16pm
Muckeapolis:

Since "Die Antwoord" means The Answer, I'm going to believe that The Anser is really Ninja and Yo-Landi indulging a trashcore fetish.
  4:17pm
Braveness23:

CP, I've been keeping my music to myself on my computer thinking that would somehow get me famous. What was I thinking??
  4:30pm
Fancy:

Loving this Anser stuff. Great find, Fabio!
Just watched the pretty killer video for K-Car which I found here: http://ansermusic.com/video.html
  4:36pm
Sandy in Houston:

Wow this is all extra really good today.
  4:39pm
hashmatullah:

I and many friends like hard music. we saw Anser play in germany in broken building once. Very hard and loud. Great musi. Now I hear movie is coming? I like Kcar video a lot! Glad you play them! I live in Kabul now. Not many people listen them here, but I try to get them to listen.
  4:42pm
Cecile:

if that was supposed to be 80s concert footage it's fake. There's cameraphones in the audience.
  4:46pm
BSI:

Have been distracted but headphones remain deployed. Consider this a slathering of praise that covers everything since my previous slather.
  4:46pm
Cecile:

I'm excited. There hasn't been a good hoax-band in forever. Awesome.
  4:48pm
Rob:

not sure its a hoax but bloody brilliant either way. the Anser!
  4:48pm
Cecile:

ITA, Rob. Great stuff.
  4:50pm
paula pc:

no stamina necessary for this show -- Sandy in Houston got it right on
  4:51pm
Rob:

Cecile - were you referring to a video pertaining to the Anser? Where did you see it? Love this band, whoever they are
  4:52pm
Kurt:

Fabio, your German rocks!
  4:52pm
Cecile:

the link is above. It looks like a lo-budget art vid from the 80s, but there are a few giveaways.
  4:53pm
nic:

richter is amazing_great artist_love his work
  4:53pm
Cheri Pi:

A hoax band complete w/ a mole planted on the comment's board; methinks! We've made it!!
  4:54pm
Cheri Pi:

cool-space-jam time.
  4:55pm
Big Mouth:

Fabio birthday is trending, how's THAT for failure?
  4:57pm
Cheri Pi:

  4:59pm
paula pc:

  5:13pm
Moe:

  5:13pm
draut krone:

  5:14pm
Sandy in Houston:

  5:14pm

  5:14pm
Looms:

@draut krone: dritto
  5:15pm
Carmichael:

I see everyone is having fun since I last visited. This sounds perfectly sufficient for all my present needs.
  5:15pm
Moe:

Yeah Chris, reminds me on the cover of BPs selections comp on ATP ;)
  5:17pm
Moe:

@Sandy: which label? what is it called?
  5:18pm
Sandy in Houston:

Tom's label. It'll be called Brighton Beach. Tom's been working on screen printing the covers and they're going to be rad.
  5:28pm
Dean:

A buddy of mine recently released this beauty of an LP: http://invisiblebirds.org/catalogue/ib004.html. It'd fit right in with this show.
  5:33pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

  5:46pm
Sandy in Houston:

  5:46pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

  5:47pm
Matt from Springfield:

The Eyes have it!
  5:50pm
Matt from Springfield:

"Slovensko II" -- is there a Slovenian connection? Or else Slovak, other languages with that word?
  5:51pm
nic:

  5:51pm
Carmichael:

Technically, the eyes "has" it.
  5:53pm
