I missed most of the RadioVision festival last year, but did get to see Joe Frank open it up. I will be sure to clear my schedule for the next one. You guys were able to put together some amazing panels, judging from the poster on my wall.

I don't understand what's wrong with saying "dot oh R gee" instead of "dot org." There are surely still lots of non-net-savvy people who have never surfed to a .org site.

I favor "oh R gee" because I always feel like I swallow "org" when I pronounce it on its own and it ends up sounding muffled/weird.

@Mike East. I'm a huge fan of Joe Frank too. I haven't joined his premium site, but I try to catch every replayed show, Sundays at 11pm on WNYC 820AM. His voice is different than the one on his show, right? My view is whenever he can come is when the festival should be...

@Grant - I'm not a premium member either - though I have bought some CD bundles from him in the past - the episode that was on last night, I actually own. His voice has changed a bit as he's gotten older, but at the show, I could have closed my eyes and thought I was listening to the radio.
