I have this twin peaks soundtrack on a tape somewhere. It's been a while.

Thu. 1/26/12 5:11pm Dan from Toronto:

Fabio, winter up here is totally broken thanks to global warming or something. It hasn't really dipped far below freezing for more than a few days this year. So just pretend it's NYC (as if) (oh well).

Thu. 1/26/12 5:14pm glenn:

two cold days, that i can think of, and no snow. it's weird and unsettling.

Thu. 1/26/12 5:15pm AndroidKBot:

Yah, my comment on the lack of snow was "at least nobody has had to mow their lawn this winter"

I suppose that wasn't the MTV alt-rock band, Dada, from the early 90s.

i just ordered all of colin stetson's albums because of hearing him on fmu....all one track...not loops or over dubs!

Thu. 1/26/12 5:31pm Dan from Toronto:

Steve Ward (local Toronto trombonist!) does a lot of this stuff live too.

Wed. 2/1/12 12:32pm Danderhoof the Lion:

Wow Fabio, you made an amazing connection there with "Experiment in Terror" and "Twin Peaks." Awesome. The music so goes with the show. I watched the whole thing with my beau, over the course of a month or so--it's amazing that that stuff was allowed on TV--it is truly fantastic--I love how he depicts sleaziness. And I think it is hard to create true bizarreness. I love David Lynch and Badalamenti. (PS: we celebrated the last episode with unlimited chocolate cake donuts and coffee and milk).
