  9:33am Jack:

  9:34am T-Zero:

  9:35am T-Zero:

Well, the whole show actually.
  9:39am In Zone B:

Checking in to affirm my eternal devotion.
  9:44am In Zone B:

Once I commented that I wanted to "be" the Fifth Dimension. Thank you Ashford & Simpson!
  9:58am David:

Thanks for playing the Steely Dan, Bob.
  10:03am annie:

funny, that, david, the chef ran out of the kitchen pleading for no more steely dan.. i had just tuned the radio on; right at the beginning of the tune
  10:04am T-Zero:

@annie: I've never developed an appreciation for Steely Dan either.
  10:09am Jack:

I like some of Steely Dan's music, but a lot of it I'd classify as "easy listening" rock & roll, or maybe "musak" for baby boomers.
  10:10am In Zone B:

I LOOOOOOVE Steely Dan. Arrr. What d'ya know. No accounting for taste.
  10:13am Jay/ London:

hi bob just got up ... '@ jack yes you atr right about steely Dan
  10:14am annie:

this may or may not fit, but can you find some "les tetes raides" for the chef?
  10:15am mark:

There's a dybbuk in the opening scene of the Cohen brothers film "A Simple Man" - great flick too!
  10:16am mark:

Oops, that Coen.
  10:17am dale:

the golem wasn't a person back from the dead, but created out of inaanimate material that could not be destroyed. there's a bad movie called the Golem with Roddy McDowell. Bad as in good for bad. They even throw a nuclear weopon at the Golem and he just keeps on trucking. Forgot how they ultimately kill it - kill it's creator maybe?
  10:19am mark:

Oh crap, that's "A Serious Man" as well. I need a fact checker. But take my word, it's a very funny black comedy.
  10:37am Peter K.:

Gil Bernal died a few months ago.
  10:43am SmokinJ:

Hey! It's a party!
  10:49am Jack:

Hey hey SmokinJ! Thinking about you buddy; watch a documentary the other night about the '68 Democratic Convention, and there was the MC5. I think I saw you in the crowds.
11:23pm Still waitin' for the 'cane:

That Music Inc piece is stunning, BTW.
