  Sat. 8/20/11 3:13am Amanda:

It was POURING here not long ago! For me, 3 AM is still just right for drinkin' wine... though it's just 5-Hour Energy so far :-)

(Not to disparage regular England.)
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:24am Looms:

Bel Canto... My early 20's... (sigh)
Sat. 8/20/11 4:26am Sean [Boston MA Area]:

NP Amanda!.I take my podcasts,WFMU & WMBR very seriously [I Never listen to the radio-I'm always on the comp].You got my attention. What show do you usually do?...
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:32am Amanda:

This show is usually on the Give The Drummer Radio stream, which you can find the link to on the left side of the homepage. I'm a big WMBR fan too.

Looms -- Yay! For me they were my mid-teens. Brings a nostalgic tear for sure.
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:40am Looms:

Actually I was 19 then.
I have a very sweet memory of the Shimmering, Warm & Bright tour show I saw back then. Anneli Drecker is a gentle and wonderful performer.

By the way, I'm from Britanny, not UK.
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:41am I X Key!:

! Let!s do all of this things !
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:41am George:

I'm in the UK and there is a distinct lack of stations like WFMU here
Sat. 8/20/11 4:45am Sean [Boston MA Area]:

Ohh...i see now....hmmm....;Now i know i'm tired.Caffeine lies to our bodies...lololol.It's a funny state to be in...as you were saying earlier.

  Sat. 8/20/11 4:53am I X Key!:

  Sat. 8/20/11 4:54am T-Zero:

WMBR doesn't broadcast 24 hours do they?
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:56am Looms:

There's nothing to be sorry about, Amanda :)
Sat. 8/20/11 4:57am Sean [Boston MA Area]:

For the most part no...but pretty close. They are not quite as eclectic as WFMU...;But the spirit of Boston certainly bubbles through. And they got some Killer shows....the DJ's are really cool people, too...
  Sat. 8/20/11 4:59am T-Zero:

@Sean [BMA): Ok. I'll have to add them to my list. lol
Sat. 8/20/11 5:04am Brian in UK:

Amanda, yes it is Spencer.
There is a great remix by Beyond the Wizards Sleeves of Midlakes' 'Roscoe'.

WUMB is a good folk station, Sean?
Sat. 8/20/11 5:05am Sean [Boston MA Area]:

  Sat. 8/20/11 5:06am I X Key!:

Awesome Amanda!
I don't think there are any other radio stations in the world that are anywhere near as brilliant as WFMU!
  Sat. 8/20/11 5:08am T-Zero:

No offence intended. You kind of lost me. I'm always looking for different stations to add to what I usually listen to when it's not WFMU.
Sat. 8/20/11 5:09am Sean [Boston MA Area]:

Amanda,I hope you enjoy your vacation.I'm gonna be listening, though.Goodnight y'all!.....

  Sat. 8/20/11 5:57am T-Zero:

Oh. I did mean you, Sean. But when I typed BMA, I didn't mean the bite me "BMA". I was just shortening the Boston MA Area as BMA. All clear now?
  Sat. 8/20/11 6:00am T-Zero:

  Sat. 8/20/11 6:31am Sean:
