Also, root vegetables are great grilled but I serve them with a farmer's cheese and fresh made parker house rolls with butter, so not vegan.

I too am from the UK, I love wfmu, I think it's the best radio station in the world, it beats any of the UK radio stations (even the ones who are meant to be playing leftfield stuff)

My Kid (who's the guitarist for SKINDRED) gets no Airplay in England on the Radio. Yet they can command 30, 000 plus audiences at festivals.....its a scandle really.
