DCE, today's cheese is not too exciting, I'm afraid. It's a somewhat industrial cheese from Austria called "Grinzing." It's pasteurized cows' milk -- might be part-skim -- and it is very similar to yogurt cheese. As workaday as it is, it is also pleasant and "snacky." Melts nicely, too.

yep, twas the riff from "Suppose they give a war and no one comes" by the mighty WCPAEB. there is a sample but most of the music is played by koolaid. sorry bout the delayed reply we listen in retrospect in the UK. awesome cover of Spacemen 3 in there!
