The Beach Boys Smile set is supposedly coming out in July. This is very happy news, of course, but it's a shame that it's coming out after Brian's rerecorded version. The release of Smile should be a major event, but I'm afraid that the timing will make this a bit of an anticlimax.

Always loved the Spoonful's appearance playing "Fishin' Blues" in Woody Allen's What's Up Tiger Lily? Apparently Woody hates the movie and says that the Spoonful's scenes were inserted by the producer without his approval. But it's a great flick, Spoonful and all, no matter what he says...
