"one of Atlantic Canada's newest and premier music events, The International Ukulele Ceilidh in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. The First International Ceilidh in 2005 was a resounding success with participants and ukulele fans, who call themselves "ukesters", coming from across Canada and around the world for the three day event."

  7:10pm
andy in Nova Scotia:

Very common in NS- give 'er; and I DO often hear 'eh and aboot, really, but I think it's more Ontarian; lots of transplants and summer visitors from Ontario here in Canada's Ocean (and jobless) Playground.
  7:16pm
glenn:

it's bad out there huh? there's a lot of wealthy people though. have you ever seen rivers and tides, the documentary about the sculptor andy goldsworthy?
  7:17pm
glenn:

shouldn't that be atari teenage riot?
  7:19pm
Andy in Nova Scotia:

I have Rivers and Tides in my computer. As a matter of fact, I was just thinking about it today, honest.
I'm working this spring and summer part time down past Liverpool. Gorgeous ocean that way, not many people.
  7:21pm

  7:25pm
