If you think you're wrong to like a piece, then you're either analyzing too much or too little. You're looking at the reasons you like music, then coming up with "rules" based on other pieces you like, and decide this one doesn't fit those rules. Theoretically you could keep analyzing until you came up with more complicated rules to explain your tastes. But it'd be a lot simpler either not to analyze at all or just not to take your self-analysis seriously.

One reason you might not like a piece that's very much like one you do is that the one you like came first to you and occupied the "space", so the one you heard later seems like an interloper, an imitator, a poseur, a rip-off. It starts in early childhood or babihood; we reject grownups who look similar to our loved ones. That's why if Daddy grows a beard or Mother changes hair color, we don't like it.
