  Mon. 1/31/11 12:53pm dc:

moodies - nice choice
Mon. 1/31/11 12:55pm Richard from Venezuela:

Awesome prog.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:00pm Yarls:

Irene, your show is one of the few things that makes Monday morning even remotely tolerable, somehow managing to make the constrained space of an office feel expansive rather than claustrophobic. Thanks so much for all the good work.
Mon. 1/31/11 1:04pm Dead Corporate Eyes:

Moody Blues are possibly the most overlooked and underrated band from that era
Mon. 1/31/11 1:09pm Richard from Venezuela:

Yes it is. Nights in white satin put them in a bad position. They've other great song in their catalog.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:12pm Carmichael:

Damn it all, what a stellar opening set I missed! Here I sit, though, so keep up the good work, Irene.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:20pm Looms:

Thanks for making my bills and taxes paperwork pretty cool, Irene.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:21pm Irene:

Always liked the Moody Blues, despite the FM 'hits' and some of the hippy-dippy meditation stuff. There were lots of great songs in between. I especially like Justin Hayward's contributions.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:29pm Mike East:

Anybody know where I can get an alto flute rental? Great show, Irene. Really setting the mood for Monday.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:32pm Mike East:

wasn't this a different color 5 minutes ago?
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:39pm Glenn L:

@ Mike East. International Woodwind & Brass on W.48th st.does rentals.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:42pm Mike East:

yeah - no alto flutes available this week. On the phone with Flute Center of NY...sounds promising. Thanks, Glenn
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:43pm Mike East:

btw...I dig the promotional calender shakers
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:45pm Glenn L:

Thanks, Mike. I had nothing to do w/them.
  Mon. 1/31/11 1:50pm Mike East:

hehe. I would imagine not. Alto flute is a go!
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:14pm Looms:

Done! And happy! I'm gonna follow Brigitte Fontaine's advice and have an old Scoth whisky glass.
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:17pm northguineahills:

what, Irene is playing Sussan Deyhim? There must be a glitch in the matrix. (kidding)
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:24pm Irene:

Hey, I played her last week. And it wasn't even in the library yet. Just sort of forgot about her-- lovely stuff!
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:32pm Looms:

I'm dreaming of a Sussan Deyhim live set at Irene's show now...
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:42pm serge:

Merci pour Sourdeline
Mon. 1/31/11 2:45pm Dead Corporate Eyes:

it gets said a lot, but it doesn't mean any less...excellent choices, great programming, killer show!
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:48pm Irene:

Thanks for the kind words folks! And, as always, Thanks for listening! See you in a couple of weeks (I'm off the next two Mondays).
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:49pm Looms:

Please allow me to correct your french, Irene, the correct typing for Sourdeline's track is Ils Sont Bien Pelés. And thanks a lot for making my father happy with Sourdeline's reissues and letting my childhood's memories come flooding back during Christmas eve.
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:51pm Irene:

Thanks for pointing that out, Looms. Happy to discover their music for the first time.
  Mon. 1/31/11 2:52pm βrian:
