  Sat. 1/22/11 3:13am Ike:

Well I'm really enjoying these opening tracks. Time to sack out though. (As for Olbermann, the Daily Beast says he quit. And Jon Stewart is better anyways.)
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:15am coalhard:

Gents, how you doing? Looks like I missed some stuff...
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:32am Larry:

Well, we survived on a Wing and a prayer last week. And the revolution's started without you!
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:33am Emile:

Who cares, really?
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:35am Bill Mac:

Story of my life brother..... I was last in line for provisions and they gave me a bar of soap and a dull knife, they told me to make my own gun... sup Emile!
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:37am Larry:

That's ok Bill, just hope it's not raining when you start waving that gun around . . .
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:38am Bill Mac:

Brilliant Larry.... I'll only threaten people on cool overcast days....
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:39am Larry:

Was it Irish Spring by any chance? The soap, not the weather!
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:40am Emile:

Hey Bill -- lovin the music!
  Sat. 1/22/11 3:41am Bill Mac:

  Sat. 1/22/11 3:42am Bill Mac:

Sat. 1/22/11 3:55am tom from LA:

it was fabulous
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:03am Bill Mac:

Rikki Ililonga? Either way, I thought the two Afro-psyche jams were the highlights of the last set.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:04am Steve:

Paper Sun was the cause of upset within the group, too poppy for some, but I always thought it was great stuff, being the pop afficionado that I am.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:06am Larry:

Correct Steve. And it's the music that remains not the egos
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:07am maja NL:

Good morning! Good to start the day with all these happy tunes, jumpin' around immediately.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:09am Bill Mac:

I've been wanting to check their earlier stuff out, I thought Paper Sun was BEFORE the egos... helllloooo Maja!

  Sat. 1/22/11 4:46am coalhard:

hawkwind was my fav back in the 70's
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:50am Looms:

The voice reminds me of Gh├ędalia Tazart├Ęs' one somehow, so i like it.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:52am Bill Mac:

I'm diggin it.... Sounds a bit Tuvan....
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:52am fullenglishbreakfast:

i can tell you that ravenous is an awesome movie... i saw it only one time many years ago, and it has left an indaliable imprint on my mind
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:52am Steve:

We have just witnessed crossover throat-singing.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:53am Looms:

oh, it's Arrington de Dionyso. His Malaikat Dan Singa is absolutly awesome. Will have to check out that new one.
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:53am Bill Mac:

Thanks Full.... it's always been a favorite of mine but it's been so long I can't remember why...
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:54am Bill Mac:

I like Old Time Relijun a lot, but Arringtons solo stuff is a mixed bag.... this new one sounds good though
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:56am coalhard:

i hope someone is taking notes of tonights show--i think something imporntant happened tonite
  Sat. 1/22/11 4:56am Looms:

Strangly, i don't like OTR that much. I've been said that was because i never saw them performing live.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:00am Bill Mac:

Don't know too much about them, but they do stick out from most of the bands that came through my door over the last 10 years or so.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:02am Looms:

They seem to have a faithful following.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:04am coalhard:

  Sat. 1/22/11 5:08am raj:

  Sat. 1/22/11 5:23am Bill Mac:

Awesome Tyson.... I always like hearing from your neck of the woods! Welcome!
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:31am Steve:

I like Phil Collins a lot more as a drummer than singer
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:34am Looms:

He's a wonderful drummer indeed but his solo work... Well...
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:40am John:

is that picture you're talking about on your Beefheart tribute show? http://www.wfmu.org/playlists/shows/38482
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:42am procedura:

I interviewed Plastic People Of The Universe couple years ago (and watched their fantastic show on Palic Film Festivall) . Really nice people of yesteryear counterculture.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:43am Bill Mac:

Yeah.... I never thought about it much but I just read or heard something recently that he is the one hold the horn. I always felt that he was the one whose face was visible.... awesome pic though.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:48am Bill Mac:

Hey Procedura,
There were a number of iron curtain bands that did tours here once bans were lifted and the internet allowed them to be discovered by enough folks to make it worth their while.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:53am Steve:

I would hate to suggest you take a week off more often but if this type of show is the result it might be an idea .. thanks Bill, have a nice week.
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:56am Looms:

Don't you believe that Bill, your shows suck! That's why i'm never listening.
Have a nice week, man!
  Sat. 1/22/11 5:57am Bill Mac:

See you all next week!!!!
