  3:24am
coalhard:

i'd watch out for januraish though
  3:25am
jeff-m:

morning Coalhard, never can be too careful can you
  3:26am
Looms:

As a humorist said over here: "i watched 2012 yesterday, this movie is very optimistic."
Hello Jeff!
  3:27am
jeff-m:

haha that's funny. Hello
  3:40am
coalhard:

i like the fruit of looms---never gets soggy
  3:42am
Looms:

Never say "i like your fruits" to a French male, it means... Oh, you don't wanna know.
  3:43am
coalhard:

exsqueeze me sorry
  3:46am
coalhard:

this will be on wilkileaks next week--I HOPE
  3:53am
Looms:

Wikileaks might be forbidden here in the very next days so i won't be able to check it out.

Loved the Larsen/NWW track, and this "awaken dream" too. Very gentle stuff.
  3:53am
coalhard:

our govt. wants to kill ASSANGE--he only released comedic stuff our govt. does--would hate to see what would happen i a secret got out
  3:58am
jeff-m:

Haven't really looked at Wikileaks yet. There is an old saying if you want to find out about the latest conspiracy, check the front page of the paper.
  3:59am
jeff-m:

Yeah , sort of in a gentle spacey mood tonight. really like that awaken dreams too.
  4:03am
coalhard:

i am going to sniff my own underarm and enjoy show--thanks jeff
  4:04am
Looms:

Never thought gorvernments could do funny stuff... Just kidding.
  4:15am
Looms:

Just thought "this sounds familiar". I never understood why a few friends of mine disliked this H3O record. There are great drone pieces to be found here.
  4:20am
jeff-m:

This is the period when I first came to b a a fan, so I really like thier "wall of Ambience" sound.
  5:00am
Looms:

This Trauma is dragging out of daydream; deeply enjoyed the GDINC piece. Everything i've heard from them so far was amazing, i should begin to gather their works.
  5:08am
jeff-m:

oh i forgot to mention on mic, but Ennio Maricone was a member of that group. There is a really wonderful boxset on Die Schactel that came out a few years back. All of it is so incredible. I discovered them one night when the power went out , but i could turn on the battery radio- and there they were. Still remember that.
  5:14am
Looms:

Wow, this sounds great! Do you mean the 2CD set named Azioni?
  5:15am
Looms:

Correction: 2CD + 1DVD set.
  5:20am
jeff-m:

yeah , that's it. I guess it's really only a box set since they overpackaged it into one. Still, a very good collection with my favorite stuff. Was going to try and give it away during marathon, but we won't be able to get it most likely.
  5:25am
Looms:

Just ordered a copy. Thanks for the tip, man!
  5:30am
jeff-m:

your welcome enjoy it :)

it's really as alien music as I've ever heard and it's all old guys in suits making it.
  5:44am
Looms:

Actually, the DVD might be very interesting for my nephews. They all learn how to play an instrument but keep asking me "what's that noise" when they hear improvisation and "noise" music here. The thing is that they're very keen on Morricone's film music (especially his western related works) so i guess this could be a nice introduction.
  5:48am
jeff-m:

yeah, I just found that out the other day about him being in the Gruppo. Was pretty surprised, but makes plenty of sense I guess. I have to confess I have never watched the DVD. Sort of forgot about it.
  5:50am
Bas, NL:

Good morning all! Love the amazing sounds. And maybe of interest: i just found this great downloadable retro sound adventure at http://www.thesynthi.de/. All dedicated to a sound box of the first hour: the EMS Synthi.
  5:51am
jeff-m:

Morning Bas. I'll check it out when I get home. EMS made some really interesting synths, look forward to it.
  5:52am
Looms:

Wow, amazing link! Thx Bas!
  5:53am
Bas, NL:

I've got one myself... An EMS Synthi AKS. It never fails to AMAZE me.
  5:56am
jeff-m:

thanks for listening , enjoy your day
  5:57am
Looms:

Have only 80's synths here. Not as physically intuitive i'm afraid... If you see what i mean.
  5:57am
Looms:

Thanks Jeff, see you!
  6:00am
Bas, NL:

@Looms: Ha, ha.. It's nothing intuitive about such an old machine.. forget one pin and you are looking for half an hour why there is no sound at all! ;)
  6:01am
Bas, NL:

And, yeah, sorry: Thanks Jeff!
