This is the first I've heard of the new Neil Young album. I'm a little surprised that he's recycling lyrics from "Like an Inca" off the not-so-popular "Trans" album.

Maybe a bit of both. I see a similar quality in those 2 particular songs (which is probably why I chose to play them).
