  3:06pm
Parq:

Leaving the Godfather allusions to other quarters, I gotta say that this sounds like it's gonna be a really cool show. (I still say "cool", not "fly" or whatever, so what do I know?)
  3:14pm
filmchickie:

Sounding good so far!
  3:15pm
Cheri Pi:

  5:08pm
Former Hydroponics Director:

I haven't appreciated any greenery in a while. Last time, while camping, there was a howl nearby. I got really paranoid that the coyotes were going to come and get a taste of my delicious, delicious flesh. Also, time broke down into discrete segments. Every moment was a lengthy new experience. Great at first, but it got old fast. It seemed like it took forever to go for a whizz in the woods!
  5:35pm
Cecile:

was that the Fiends who had that album "we have come for your beer"?
  5:42pm
Todd 76%:

Hi Billy and Diane! New Jersey bands were much loved in the CT scene...We actually drew up a 'New Jennitcut' scene constitution and the bands often played, toured, partied and BBQed together...
  5:48pm
Cecile:

Sorry was from Connecticut? I thought they were from Boston. I liked them a whole lot.
  5:50pm
Todd 76%:

Whomping show today, Mr.Jam - already started surfing for Italian hip-hop. The "Clima Di Tensione" bassline killed me.
BTW, "Everybody's Scene" by Chris Daly (2009) is a great book documenting the southwestern CT scene based around the Anthrax.
  5:53pm
Todd 76%:

...should have said "the southwestern CT hardcore punk/underground scene..."
  5:59pm
Cecile:

I will not go to Maryland. Point well taken.
  5:59pm
Tom:

Still got my copy of New Jersey's Got It -- the "great NJ hardcore 12" LP sampler.
  6:01pm
Tom:

meant to put quotes on "great", not the rest, then 12", you know, got to slow down!!!
