Cecile:

I have that one Minor Threat 45.

Hey. Is there such a thing as a Technics DJ turntable that has a USB port?
  3:37pm
Mike East:

I think you'd need to get a serrato box or a mixer with serrato capabilities. I've never heard of a turntable having usb outs
  3:39pm
Mike East:

a quick google search makes me think the turntables exist, but not by Technics.
  3:40pm
Bad Ronald:

@Cecile - Stanton, not Techics:
http://www.djbooth.net/index/dj-equipment/review/stanton-t90-turntable/
  3:40pm
Cecile:

There are some. I see Audio Technica and Numark have them.

It's because I'm going to try to DJ my 50th birthday next year. And I'd like a decent turntable to use after I return my friend's DJ equipment.
  3:42pm
Cecile:

that looks like it will work! And it's in my price range. Gotta sell some stuff, but that looks like it's the ticket.

Is that Charli 2na?
  3:44pm
Skirkie:

I've got the ION one (which I think is the same as the Numark one)

It's pretty good considering I paid very little for it.
  3:45pm
Parq:

'Cile, we're all invited to the party, right?
  3:45pm
Cecile:

Thanks, skirkie. I'll check it out.
  3:46pm
Cecile:

Yeah. I just need a venue. I'm calling around.
Of course it's like 7-10 months away, but I'd like to get things tied up.
  3:52pm

First Friday downtown Art Walk if Earl don't dump too badly. Fit a hike if I can, but definitely helpin' a friend prep a party a week early. See if we can achieve a worthwhile strangeness of decoration and diversion outside his barn. (Remember the parachute? Still need a substitute for it.)

I'm hoping, Chris.
Nice sb/p. That sounds like fun.
