I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

it's told that after composing this song haydar haydar (aka ondort bin yil gezdim pervanelikte) ali ekber cicek put his baglama aside and said "what the heck did I do? "

Fri. 6/4/10 12:35pm Duke of Earl Grey:

And I could totally go for some döner kebabı, dolma, and muhammara. I hear there's a good Turkish restaurant in Sunnyside, so that's on my list.

  Fri. 6/4/10 1:29pm Nat:

Really glad to see characters like ğ, ş, and Ç on a playlist. Something comforting about it.
  Fri. 6/4/10 1:30pm Mark L:

Fri. 6/4/10 1:36pm Duke of Earl Grey:

The mosque does that food fest about once a month in the warmer months, I think. Last time I was there, it was squeezed into a small hot parking lot though, and ya gotta get there early, or no place to sit.
  Fri. 6/4/10 1:42pm bryce:

yeahhhh, same deal with the lower east side burmese one ike turned me on to — get that folding chair or you'll go bubbly
Fri. 6/4/10 1:48pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Nice show today. I'm working from home for a while this afternoon.
  Fri. 6/4/10 1:51pm βrian:

This music has been reclassified as a designer drug. Legislation is pending.
  Fri. 6/4/10 1:55pm Carmichael:

This is quite possibly the mellowest shit I've ever heard. I keep drifting off to the Bahamas and the Reticulan galaxy.
  Fri. 6/4/10 1:56pm bradd:

Working on art at home in Spokane. The show is great so far. Love this Blackshaw stuff.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:00pm Hercules Fisticuffs:

it hasn't been WXHD for a while now
Fri. 6/4/10 2:00pm Duke of Earl Grey:

WXHD! Ha ha ha ha! Hee hee.

Fri. 6/4/10 2:03pm Dead Corporate Eyes:

  Fri. 6/4/10 2:04pm βrian:

There are at least six feet of concrete, steel, and marble between my headphones and the bathroom. Really loud will have noooo effect.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:05pm bryce:

i'll pause it. but promise you'll bear down.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:07pm βrian:

Never mind ... will improvise. No wonder they call it a wastebasket
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:08pm janitorial crew:

Much love.
Fri. 6/4/10 2:09pm drunk right now:

Duke of Earl Grey- you should team with Bryce to do a show. You can review a restauraunt and Bryce can provide the proper ethnic music.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:13pm βrian:

Is the test for music being "ethnic" that it evokes a pavlovian response? It reminds me that I'm a dog.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:30pm Mike East:

Really enjoying this set. Thanks for the great sounds, as always.
  Fri. 6/4/10 2:31pm Vicki:
