  The following story deals with a description of nine miles of road in Southwest Iowa, between Audubon and Exira. It branches into other areas as it unfolds. I wrote this story the night before the show, as I seem to do quite often. Later, I wish I had edited things sometimes, or re-written, but if I think too much about it, I tend to not do it at all.
