Hey Terre T,
I am a long-time fan whose taste in music owes a lot to you! A coupla weeks ago wifey and I flew from Detroit to Memphis to go see the Reigning Sound, a band I never would have known if it hadn't been for the attention that you, Evan and TBSOWFMU paid to 'em on the radio waves!

Anywho, the ensuing weekend - visiting Stax, Goner and the Civil Rights Museum in addition to finding foncy vegetarian food and hanging with FOTs - was a personal life-highlight, and would never have happened without your righteous radio program. I am thankful for it and for your existence on the earth!

Speaking of body odor, if you're into bearded Brooklynites playing sludgy doom metal, then you'll probably love 'Nam. They play with Early Man a lot.

I think the name of the band The Above are playing with at Southpaw on 5/27 is actually "Jay Banerjee & The Heartthrobs". But what do I know? It's not like I'm Jay Banerjee or anything.

I love to hear you talk, esp. with Sue Per and Mike Sin. You guys are funny, and I like things that are funny. Plus points for contagious laughs. Okay, group hug!
