I know what you mean about cold biking. I biked six miles to work in January some years ago when it was 12 above. I had to slow down quite a bit so as not to breathe hard and freeze the inside of my nose. | |

hey matt! thanks for pledging and playing and picking it up! Whats good ken? When the inside of your nose freezes does it crack and bleed and hurt, cause that's what mine is doing right now or is that just really chapped? how do i fix it? Im from LA and I don't know anything about the cold. I just learned that there is more than one way to tie a scarf | |

Luckily for me, I never had any lasting effects. Just the momentary sting of the cold air. I imagine some hot soup or tea would help. Try to avoid dry air and drink extra fluids for a while. | |
