Thanks for putting me up on The Street Beat -- a bunch of other great videos on youtube. One question though: why are Hispanic guys from the Bronx singing in anglo voices a more jarring, "exotic" juxtaposition for you guys than the Beatles themselves singing "black" or Alex Chilton singing "British"?

2.)As a movie "Cadillac Records" was not horrible but not so great either. "Pirate Radio" was worse.

Memphis soul music was great and Willie Mitchell kept real soul music on the radio during the disco era. God bless him for that!
