I have nothing to add here, other than, "Please continue to do what you are doing"
We need more of this in Boston.

Indianapolis needs you, too! You still go great with blueberry cake donuts.

Howdy Rex-O! Swingin' gone stuff as per usual with impeccable Billy Lee Riley selections. Will play 3 more of his sides on Between The Sheets this Wednesday!

Hi Rex! I was wondering, just how many rock and roll 45's are in your collection?

Sat. 8/8/09 6:45pm Tom:

Hi Rex, I'm a fan of the Applejacks, the Cameo/Parkway house band. What was the name of their saxophone player? He was some great honker!

Uuuu didn't mention "Okey Fanokey Baby" by Bobby Jameson on the Talamo label (it was played right between the Gary and the Detonators /Sandabs kuts on your show)

Interesting fact for you, Rex might be that Bobby Jameson was using The Leaves (of "Hey Joe, Where You Gonna Go" fame) as for backing band. They would back him up at his concerts, as well as on most of his 45s/LPs that were released during ca. 1965 - 1967.

However, I don't think that any of them have played on this particular early track from 1964.

Your buddy, Ralph
