Tue. 7/28/09 10:45am stingy d:

we don't have a tv.... the wii is not really making any appearances in the near future.

i feel like i'm at a dutty arts party

Tue. 7/28/09 10:46am Cecile:

I have to learn HTML first. I learned that I can't just paint it.

Tue. 7/28/09 10:48am stingy d:

Tue. 7/28/09 10:49am Cecile:

I've liked a lot of those Fabric label collections. Where is a good disc to start?

Tue. 7/28/09 10:57am Cecile:

lol!!!! Antitiesto! that's great.

Tue. 7/28/09 10:59am GP:

Stingy...where does one find 25ft. ceilings? ( correct answer is not at the top of the walls) Pre war bldg?
Sounds incrediblyfabuloawesome.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:00am stingy d:

oh yea dj scud.... i'm supposed to give you a copy of something but i don't remember........

Tue. 7/28/09 11:03am stingy d:

nah gp it's actually a new building. i will be it's first inhabitant. these type of buidlings are all over the place in brooklyn. landlords were never able to sell them so now they rent them to try and cut losses

Tue. 7/28/09 11:07am GP:

10-4 Stingy...sounds great. Pretty much the same situation here..some good deals to be had around the downtown area.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:07am Cecile:

It's an older show, but it's just started here.
It's not so much hilarious to me, but it is really whimsical and weird and kind of magical at times.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:08am GP:

Speaking of Detroit :

Tue. 7/28/09 11:24am stingy d:

haha i like lying down with a dog and then the dog presses her feet on your back. that's so funny and nice.

hey janet!

Tue. 7/28/09 11:26am Carmichael:

Stingy, you're a sensitive dude ...

Tue. 7/28/09 11:27am Janet H:

hi stingy d...

Tue. 7/28/09 11:29am stingy d:

yea but i also totally love smashing things on people's doorsteps for violating my sensibilties. and i like making people upset too. but really who doesn't like puppies curling up into donuts and putting their feet on you or burying their snoots into you? that shit is great!

Tue. 7/28/09 11:30am Cecile:

I must agree. Littld doggie snoots are the best.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:31am Carmichael:

What kind of dog do you have?

Tue. 7/28/09 11:32am stingy d:

a pitbull my dude

Tue. 7/28/09 11:35am Carmichael:

I'm not currently dog-owned, but I have been partial to big dumb yup-de-doo dogs. I had a chocolate lab, and a golden retriever before that.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:38am Carmichael:

OK Jason, I just did some research on 100 Flowers, and the associated band Trotsky Icepick. Looks like I've talked myself into getting their 1st release Poison Summer. Supposed to be all that and more. I'll let you know if it's the jangly rock I hope it is. Thanks for turning me onto Flowers/Icepick.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:43am Cecile:

Carm, you also have to check out Danny and the Doorknobs. They originally had this plan to change the band name, and keep the album name every release. But they stopped at Trotsky Icepick.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:46am Carmichael:

Ya, I read something about that as well, but got a little confused. Apparently they were also The Urinals at one point.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:47am Cecile:

Yes, the Urinals because 100 flowers with the Urinals personnel intact, then Kjehl from the Urinals formed Danny, then Trotsky.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:48am Marshall Stacks:

Trotsky Icepick's albums are all good, but my favorite is Baby.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:49am Ike:

Hi everybody! Good show Jason!

Tue. 7/28/09 11:51am GP:

Ike, (spelling and punctuation quietly align themselves).
Good Morning.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:52am Cecile:

I have to listen to Trotsky again. I like them while they play, but never remember them.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:52am stingy d:

IAINSPELLNSHITRIGHT!!!!

Tue. 7/28/09 11:54am stingy d:

jason- what was i supposed to trade copies of for you?? i totally forget

Tue. 7/28/09 11:54am GP:

Jason is this YACHT featuring Khaela Maracich from that band "The Blow"? I can't find it on the Google.

Tue. 7/28/09 11:56am Ike:

(I will not be baited. Nope. I'm sitting here quietly and politely.)

I really like this YACHT track.
