Sat. 5/9/09 7:34pm From: Your DJ

Well Vibes, my show can be very different from week to week, which can be challenging! But I'm definitely working some of my favorite musical angles this week so you'll hear similar things in other shows.

Sat. 5/9/09 7:44pm From: julian

Vibes:
rest assured, the show isn't good like this every week - frequently it's even better!

Sat. 5/9/09 7:49pm From: ?

Jools Holland? Really? Have you checked Charlie Gillett's show? (Old mate of Rob's. Rob taught him everything he knows!)

Sat. 5/9/09 8:02pm From: Your DJ

For "world music" radio in the UK - Andy Kershaw on the Beeb was great - until he got into trouble... Lucy Duran's World Routes show on Radio 3 is good although her style can be a bit dry. And the legendary Charlie Gillett I think is still doing a show for the BBC World Service. "Late Junction" also has some strong advocates though I haven't listened myself.

Sat. 5/9/09 8:17pm From: Vibes

Hey Rob, any more Mexicans coming ?

Sat. 5/9/09 8:24pm From: Your DJ

Er - possibly not, I think we're heading in a different direction...

Sat. 5/9/09 8:26pm From: Vibes

Sat. 5/9/09 8:55pm From: ?
