The idea for a North American currency union was first proposed in 1999 by Canadian economist Herbert G. Grubel. A senior fellow of the conservative Fraser Institute think-tank, he published a book titled The Case for the Amero in September 1999, the year that the euro became a virtual currency. Another Canadian think-tank, the C.D. Howe Institute, advocates the creation of a shared currency between Canada and the United States.

i am in a 101 philosophy class right now. we started with Hesiod's myths (the gods and stuff) then Zeno, Anaximander, Xenophales, Democritus, etc etc - all presocratic stuff,,,,, then Homer, then Socrates, then Plato, then Aristotle then some Christian bullpoop.

Also, Night People t-shirts would be awesome.

He was poor because he refused to take a charge for teaching. He wasn't exactly a sophist even though he had the same exact job and did exactly what they did - he just never charged, said he was morally againt charging money for learning, expanding minds, etc
