Following the success of the first Live from Ireland WFMU remote broadcast in December out of Dubin's All City Records, Jersey City's WFMU will again travel across the Atlantic to the Emerald Isle for a second Irish hip-hop themed live remote broadcast. This time host Billy Jam, with close production assistance from FMU fan Johnny Doobs + Shane Curtin of Cheebah,will broadcast out of Limerick City's Viva Music Studios with an all star
cast of local and national luminaries including Limerick freestyle champ
Jay Red, comedy/rap act Rubberbandits, Side2Shoes, Lineage, Wexford emcee
Rob Kelly, DJs A2DF & Lenny, Cheebah's Paul Tarpey, Limerick drum & bass

My little ears can hardly believe their great fortune: a special Ed Shepp "Love?" blip?!? That's got me feeling cool enough! To listen to Pseu Braun (who always brings it so mightily, we hope she's off somewhere sipping mai tais), and will surely have my muddy timbers shivering all through the night til the Cherry Blossom Clinic opens up. Heck, this show may have me floating all the way to Transpacific Sound Paradise. Good thing I Kamikaze'd in preparation, and, ah, Gave the Drummer Some.

One landlord showed me this double room, and I was like "Nah, too small. I need more space". He says, "Oh, you have a girlfriend". I was like, "Yes, but I want the space for records.
