Brad - Poo, just noticed I've missed Tony Basil - I designed her single and album sleeve ages ago...almost got the sack for airbrushing away her 'poodle' nose, and that's a true story!

Mon. 1/26/09 8:22am From: paulthepostman

Brad - "#3" is more of a mild chicken masalla dishe if you ask me! I ordered no. 5.

Mon. 1/26/09 8:26am From: paulthepostman

Wow, 3rd consecutive comment!

Mon. 1/26/09 8:26am From: Bradford Eugene LaBonte

Man...airbrushing Toni Basil...ordering no.5...you are OUT OF CONTROL. Was the airbrushing an artistic decision on your part?

Mon. 1/26/09 8:30am From: fishmonkeystew

Goan Vinadaloo!! YUM!

Good Morning All! Now off to the weeky biz meeting...

Mon. 1/26/09 8:31am From: paulthepostman

Yes Brad, purely aesthetic. But they forced me to paint it back on. I messed it up, but any poodle nose was better than no poodle nose at all, they said!

Mon. 1/26/09 8:56am From: paulthepostman

Yes we can!

Mon. 2/2/09 11:07pm From: Don

Would you please tell me the music that is playing behing the DJ; it is the piano/drum/harmonica sequence that I now cannot get out of my head. It is for Jan. 26 DC

Tue. 2/3/09 10:13am From: Bradford Eugene LaBonte

Heya, Don - it's Pascal Comelade, "Courant D'Air Sur Le Pommier Du Japon", from the Sentimientos album.

Tue. 2/3/09 1:16pm From: Don

Thanks for the info. I live in NE Ohio and am so glad that I found this station; it is wonderful-has to be the only one in the world that has such a format. Back in the early 70's, the Public Radio station at Kent State University (WKSU) had a program called Fresh Air that aired on Fri. nights that was about as close to your programs as any I have ever come across. I have a great collection of music that encompasses just about every genre that there is; thus WFMU is me. I am now a constant fan and listener and have been busy letting my friends know about your station and the quality programming. DC
