Bush already commuted Scooter's sentence so he doesn't have to pardon him. He might pardon all the CIA and admin officials guilty of torturing or authorizing torture though.

After Bush left Guatemala, Mayan priests smudged the ancient temples that he visited. I live near the Ximche ruins and felt a cleansing of the air as it was happening and without knowing. I wrote to Obama asking if he'd like me to round up a bunch of priests for tomorrow's activities. Haven't heard back yet.
